Centuries ago, the planet thrived. A cultural hub for all species to interact, to grow. But these times have long passed.
Greed and prejudice led to the Great Wars. Their horrors have ravaged the surface, leaving a smoldering wasteland in their wake. Those who survived fled underground, for a hope of new life, and civilization, establishing a network of cities far below the warmth of the sun.
The Planet's bruised crust, known only as "The Shatter," is home to bands of outlaws, raiders, mercenaries, and those brave enough to seek their fortune. But beware the moon. The Great Wars left their mark. Mutations of nameless terror dwell in the shadows.

Admins Dictate.
This nation is a medley of time periods past, present, and future, a universal hub for those seeking adventure.
Trinity City- Considered the precursor and capital to modern interspecies and interdimensional society. Trinity is the epitome of modern science and technology, housing more than thirty billion individuals within its megalithic walls. It is infamous for its three level layout.
Level One- Sea Level. The Slums. Here are found the petty criminals and those who have been handed ill-suited fates. Poverty runs amuck.
Level Two- Seven thousand foot elevation. The largest portion of the city, housing lower to upper middle class residents. It hovers above Level one, though Terra simulators display the illusion of an open sky, and generate weather, beneath it.
Level Three- Home to the privileged and wealthy. Here reside most of the powerful families involved in the cities' affairs, including its founders, the Blacks. Special permission is needed to reside here.
Level Four- A speculative rumor, what some call an urban legend. Little to nothing is known about the fourth level.
Between each of these levels is a shield of blistering incendiary energy invisible to the naked eye. To travel through these, between levels, special clearance passes are needed. |
